To help us achieve this, we now have a dedicated Customer Experience Centre located at our head office in Chatham, Kent that serves as a learning hub where we can work with our key customers to provide tailored solutions to help you achieve the best possible care.
Investing in the CEC not only allows us to engage with customers but also enables us to share the prime functionality of our products. By showcasing our innovative products onsite, customers can evaluate and connect with them, ensuring they align with their clients' specific needs, like our shower chairs for example that help with user posture or alignment. This hands-on experience helps demonstrate how our products can benefit your clients directly.
We can now provide welcoming and spacious zones for remote and on-site training events and demonstrations. Our air-conditioned facilities can be booked for product demonstrations, team CPD sessions and project installation discussions. Our focus for the CEC is to educate our visitors. It provides valuable learning opportunities, whether it is about the latest advancements in care equipment or visiting to see our new innovative product lines such as the IndiGo Drive shower chair and Wave profiling shower trolley.
We work with OTs and healthcare workers across the UK, and we understand that not everyone is able to visit our Kent facilities in person. Wealden Rehab are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the same experiences, and we will off course continue with our popular remote product demonstrations and learning opportunities to accommodate different preferences and needs.
Our remote team CPD sessions allow you to learn about our innovative product line and receive training from the comfort of your own location. Whether you prefer to attend a session in person or via remote learning, our goal is to provide you with valuable knowledge and support to enhance your expertise in care equipment solutions.

Project installations and Changing Places
To discover more about Changing Places toilets and installation projects in general, we have installed a unique full scale Changing Places demonstration area that is ideal for both products and install exploration. Helping our key customers understand what specialist equipment is required in a Changing Places toilet. We have also opened our very own on-site Changing Places toilet facility to ensure all our visitors have a comfortable stay.
This provides clients from across the country to see inside two different Changing Places toilets, to understand the advantages of investing in equipment that provides best in value and usability, and of partnering with an experienced consultant who can walk you through the design, installation, and maintenance steps for the facility.
