We like to think we understand our market – after all, we’ve been around for a few years. Long enough, in fact, to know that our customers are individuals and should be treated as such.
So we endeavour to be proactive in on-site customer care – agreeing mutually convenient installation dates, avoiding specific dates and times where necessary, using a particular parking space or entrance door. And we’ll clear up before we leave the site – that’s a promise!
We’re normally one of the last subcontractors on site – most of our equipment is fitted to decorated surfaces or placed in rooms that are almost ready for occupation.
With this in mind, we appreciate that we need to work both quickly and efficiently, delivering projects on time, so that investments can start paying for themselves.
We also commit to training the caregivers that are going to use the equipment day after day – they need to be confident in the products so they can use them to their advantage.
So we work hard to ensure that our part in your project is finished on time and working well.
