We enjoy what we do.
At Wealden Rehab, we enjoy a challenge.
Maybe it’s the space.
Maybe it’s your budget.
Or perhaps it’s project timescales.
We like to talk about what you want from your investment, review the clients' requirements and discuss the options available to you – we’ll look at how best to incorporate the results into the space available; a useful service whether you’re the investor, the architect or the user.
We’ve over 50 years of combined experience in design, planning and installing professional care equipment. From bathrooms, classrooms and bedrooms to complete care suites or pools – our understanding of the industry means our solutions meet the needs of the patient and the carer.
With all that’s required to make your project a success, we’ve no doubt that you’re looking for experienced partners to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.
Our team has many strengths, from in-depth industry and product knowledge to construction experience and technical expertise.
Once we’ve agreed on the equipment that’s required, and we’re sure that it's all going to work as a system, we can develop a proposal for you. It will be easy to read and include line-by-line pricing so that you can see where your budget is allocated.
And we’re more than happy to go through it with you face-to-face, adapting the specification where necessary.
And we guarantee there will be no hidden costs.
We like to think we understand our market – after all, we’ve been around for a few years. Long enough, in fact, to know that our customers are individuals and should be treated as such.
So we endeavour to be proactive in on-site customer care – agreeing mutually convenient installation dates, avoiding specific dates and times where necessary, using a particular parking space or entrance door. And we’ll clear up before we leave the site – that’s a promise!
We’re normally one of the last subcontractors on site – most of our equipment is fitted to decorated surfaces or placed in rooms that are almost ready for occupation.
With this in mind, we appreciate that we need to work both quickly and efficiently, delivering projects on time, so that investments can start paying for themselves.
We also commit to training the caregivers that are going to use the equipment day after day – they need to be confident in the products so they can use them to their advantage.
So we work hard to ensure that our part in your project is finished on time and working well.
Our design and installation range
Your team were very professional, they took the time to work alongside our building contractors ensuring that the finished room met all of the legal requirements, but most importantly worked well and looks amazing for our clients.
I recently worked with Wealden Rehab to adapt a small bungalow into a lifetime home for a profoundly disabled young adult. Generally with projects like this, you end up with a care environment that has a stereotypical ‘disabled’ look. Working with Wealden Rehab, we achieved something rare – a functional, practical space that looks and feels like a proper home.
The Site Manager, Case Manager, Occupational Therapist and Wealden Rehab consulted from the start of the project and throughout the build, ensuring installation processes ran smoothly and potential problems were identified early and avoided. The user is now benefiting from high-quality, modern and stylish equipment that effectively meets his needs.
Care equipment design and installation is a specialist service, and there are many providers on the market. As an OT, it’s not always easy to choose. Having achieved such a high-quality result on this project – and having such confidence in Wealden Rehab’s timely and efficient aftersales services – I look forward to working with them in future.
