Angle/Depth-Adjustable Footplates
Key features
- Plantar/dorsi-flexion
- Forward and backward adjustment range of 4”
Evaluation justifications
These footplates can be used for users that have a limited range of movement in their ankles. If a user has a fixed plantar or dorsi flexion the footplates can be adjusted to match the angle of the foot. By having individual adjustments the footplates can support users that have variant positions from left to right. Continual adjustment is possible for users that are looking to regain ankle range of movement and need to change the footplate angle when this is achieved. The forward and backward adjustment can be used for users that have a longer or shorter projection than the standard. Reduced knee flexion can mean feet project further forward than standard and increased knee flexion will mean feet projection less than standard footplate positions.
