Low beds provide an platform height that is essential to promote increased independence with some users; the platform on the Astra Low Bed can be set as low as 20cm.
The Astra Low Bed is delivered on a transport frame and is easily assembled by our engineers. The Astra is available with sturdy Securis siderails, or with wooden siderails with a higher footboard, or can be supplied with no siderails at all.
Braked castors at each corner lend to stability but allow the bed to be moved for cleaning etc.
