Designed for the bariatric patient, our heavy duty bed is strengthened for 270kg SWL.
The Maxxus Bariatric nursing bed has been designed specifically for the care of the heaver user. With a substantially reinforced frame and platform, the Maxxus will lift up to a total of 400kg. Unique to this bed are the heavy duty metal siderails which are much stronger than other designs, and visually distinguished by the coloured rail.
The rails are designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 60601-2-52. A full four-section profiling platform and good range of height adjustment are complemented by our 5 year warranty to the action and motors.
The Maxxus is available in platform widths of 1200, 1400 and 1600mm.
