Raised Turtle Support
The Raised Turtle Support is a simple yet innovative bathing solution designed to support safe and comfortable bathing for individuals with:
- cerebral palsy (CP)
- paralysis or paresis
- poliomyelitis (Heine-Medin disease)
- limb injuries or limb amputation
- limb deformities
- joint arthritis and injuries
Constructed from a robust aluminium frame, the chair is both lightweight and highly water-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability in wet environments. The support frame is foam-filled, reducing water retention and buoyancy in the bath.

For added protection, the frame is fitted with soft foam covers that help prevent scratches to the bathtub, including smaller or children’s baths. Its thoughtfully engineered design allows for adjustable positioning, including the tilt angle of both the backrest and footrest.
In addition, the seat height and tilt towards the floor can be modified, enabling a tailored fit to meet each user’s specific needs. This adaptability is particularly beneficial for caregivers, making everyday tasks such as washing a child’s hair, easier, safer, and more comfortable for both user and carer.
