RAZ adapted on site

Proving the adaptability of the RAZ Shower chair, this chair was updated on site with the provision of a splash guard

The chair has been in service for over a year but the users changing posture has challenged the care assistants. The young man requires a good deal of support to maintain his safety.

The addition of a splash guard was required to maintain his dignity within the shower room.

In this instance, we attended site and fixed a bracket to the front crossbar, which allows a deep splash guard to be fitted from the top. The splashguard maintains his leg position so that personal hygiene is made easier, whilst directing urine down into the toilet bowl.
