Seasonal opening times 2025/26

As we wrap up an incredible 2025, our team will be here to support you as usual until Wednesday, 24th December at 12pm. We’ll then be taking a well-earned festive break and will resume business hours on Friday, 2nd January 2026.

Please note: We will also be closed on Monday, 5th January for a staff training day as we prepare for an exciting year ahead.

During the holiday period, our telephone lines will continue to be answered out of hours, and any urgent messages will be relayed to our Support Team. While we’ll always do our best to help, please be aware that our response capabilities will be limited, and replies may take a little longer than usual.

If you anticipate needing additional equipment or support, we strongly recommend contacting us before Tuesday 23rd December to minimise any disruption in the event of a breakdown.
And don’t forget—our online resources are available 24/7 to help answer product questions and guide you at any time.
