Adapt and change - our strategy to help our customers

The NHS is seeking to discharge 15,000 patients in the space of a week. We're offering tailored equipment solutions to assist with this.

Talking to our customers over the past few days, we are getting an idea of the scale of the challenge facing the government in their desire to escalate the discharge of patients from hospital.

We're scaling our stockholding and evolving our service provision to enable occupational therapists to continue to specify and issue equipment to those who need it most.

We're anticipating the training requirements in both developing a specification and in ensuring products are set up correctly post-delivery. And we acknowledge the extra challenge in carrying out these activities whilst adhering to social distancing recommendations.

So we want to hear from our customers, to give us their challenges and see if we can't help them solve them.

Unless required to be in hospital, patients must not remain in an NHS bed

It's well documented that the provision of a ceiling hoist or suitable shower chair can assist both in reducing the need for multiple care assistants, but also in maximizing patient comfort and improving health outcomes

Our products have been specifically developed and designed for rapid build and deployment, simple review and adjustment, and easy cleaning and recycling.
