To facilitate our client and his family inhabiting their rented home, we have been instructed to carry out a number of pieces of work. Our first job was to install access ramping to the front and rear of the property.
The client chose a SmartRamp modular ramp with a galvanised ramp deck, and black handrails with trombone ends. The installation of both ramps was completed in one day, making for minimal upheaval and a very happy customer.
As this is a rental property, this style of ramp means we can revisit and remove the ramps when the rental finishes, leaving the property virtually unmarked, and with no impact on its market value.
