Wealden Rehab was recently asked to help the Children's Centre by refurbishing an outdated hygiene room.
The room was well proportioned and had a number of pieces of assistive equipment already installed but most were old and worn out.
The room had a ceiling lift on an XY track system which was deemed good enough to retain.
We set to removing the old equipment, running new services and updating the equipment.
The new room has a Premium 200 changing bench, a Premium basin mount with a concave basin, together with a new height adjustable shower seat on a wall track. The wall track allows for the seat to be moved sideways as well as up and down.
The new equipment is installed and the patients at the Children's Centre can now access their new Changing Places!
